Key Responsibilities：

？11.Monitor the performance of workers, contractors and vendors（監(jiān)管維修技術(shù)人員、第三方供應商）
？12.Handle and report technician’s injury at work, and prepare relevant documents（若在維修過程中發(fā)生工傷，需要負責提供相關文件配合工傷申請）
？13.Any other tasks as assigned from time to time（其他臨時交派的任務）
？14.Supervise, delegate, and monitor technicians’ performance to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets（管理指導維修技術(shù)團隊，使其工作表現(xiàn)達到公司預期）

Skills, Experience & Qualifications：
  1. Junior college degree or above major in Engineer or Machinery System
    2. 6 years equipment management or maintenance experience, of which 4 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a distribution center, freezer or cold storage environment preferred. Experience in operating forklifts, slip-sheet riders, or reach trucks highly desirable.
    3. Be familiar with technical skills.
    4. Good interpersonal, communication, coordinating, organizing, customer oriented and supervisory skills
