Responsibilities 責任：
Participate in new project feasibility assessment, analyze technical requirement of customers, and provide the BOM to Purchase and Sales department;
- 負責參與新品開發(fā)的可行性評估，分析客戶技術(shù)要求并向業(yè)務(wù)部和采購部提供報價BOM；
-Be responsible for sample drawing, production drawing and material purchase spec making;
- 負責樣品圖紙、生產(chǎn)圖紙和采購規(guī)范的編制；
- Be responsible for implementing reasonable modifying requirement of customers & suppliers, and timely provide sales cost information;
- 負責及時實施客戶和供應(yīng)商的合理更改要求，并及時向業(yè)務(wù)部提供影響產(chǎn)品成本的信息；
- Be responsible for continually improving product structure, maximum cost saving, and efficiency increase;
- 負責產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的持續(xù)改進，最大限度的節(jié)約成本，提高效率；
- Assist research of production capacity & processing & efficiency improvement;
- 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)能力的研究，生產(chǎn)工藝的持續(xù)改進以及生產(chǎn)工序的合理安排，最大限度提高生產(chǎn)效率；
-Responsible for communication with customer, understand and fulfill with customer requirement;
- 負責及時與顧客溝通技術(shù)問題，了解和滿足顧客需求；
- Assist technicians on new processing implementation;
- 協(xié)助技術(shù)員對新工藝的正確實施；
- Assist Quality to deal with quality complaint ;
- 協(xié)助品質(zhì)部完成對客戶和供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量投訴的處理；
- Coordinate Purchasing to develop new suppliers;
- 協(xié)助采購部開發(fā)新供應(yīng)商和新零件；
- Coordinate sample making and provide related technical documentation for customers;
- 協(xié)調(diào)樣品制作，提供客戶需要的相關(guān)技術(shù)資料；
Requirements 要求：
- College degree or above in mechanical, electrical engineering;
- 理工科機械、電子類相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學歷；
- Over 3-year product design or develop wire & cable experience;
- 有3年以上產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)電源電線方面的工作經(jīng)驗；
- Have training experience on project management, FEMA, PPAP, APQP, TS****** etc;
- 受過項目管理、FEMA、PPAP、APQP培訓等；
- Excellent communication skills;
- 具有良好的溝通能力；
- Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;
- 具有一定的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、分析能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；
- Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure;
- 工作態(tài)度積極，愿意承受高強度的壓力；
- Proficiency in written English & Chinese;
- 熟練的書面英語和中文；
- Be skillful with Office software;
- 熟練使用OFFICE軟件；
- Familiar with AUTO CAD, etc software;
- 熟練使用Auto CAD等與工作相關(guān)的軟件。
